Role:

• Reporting to the CEO, lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, HR policies & procedures and company payroll

• Partner all Business Units and understand/identify key business challenges and people/organization implications and to derived/aligned HR plans and strategy to support the business growth including recruitment, training and development

• Provide timely and comprehensive monthly Group HR reports to Management.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, implement internal control on HR policies and processes and liaise with statutory authorities on employee issues

• Plan, budget and manage HR costs for the business units in line with Corporate objectives.

• Conduct salary benchmarking and review C&B structure to ensure market competitiveness

• Lead the implementation of HRIS by working with external vendor

• Provide leadership to HR team

Required:

• Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.

• 15 years of relevant work experience in full spectrum HR with at least 8 years in a managerial capacity.

• Experience working in hotels or resorts is preferred.

• Ability to manage and communicate with senior stakeholders, experienced in business partnering.

• Resourceful, positive attitude with strong business acumen.

• Sound knowledge of local Employment & Industrial Relations Act.

• Proven team leading capabilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
