Summary:

Our client provides businesses with a conducive coworking space in Orchard.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the whole business center operations, maintenance, and improvement of the space

• Drive growth in memberships by providing tours for potential prospects (walk-in, call-in, online leads and referral)

• Manage business renewal and any tenancy-related matters

• Manage monthly management reporting and setting annual sales targets and objectives

• Cross selling of space within other business portfolio

• Host activities and gatherings in the space to value add to the members

• Work with the marketing team on marketing strategies and set directions on a regular basis

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any discipline

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing co-working space or business centre, community management, customer service or operations

• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work within the project timeline

• Pro-active, able to multi-task and work independently
