Role:

You will be involved in supporting the company in key initiatives and day-to-day operational decisions for effective decision making.  Responsible for an enhanced customer experience to provide the ever-evolving needs of business travelers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement travel services to corporate clients upon appointment as the preferred travel management company.

• Develop and grow existing accounts to achieve sales targets.

• Monitor and analyze clients’ travel expenditure from MIS reporting on the feasibility in negotiating corporate deals with airlines, hotels and other vendors on behalf.

• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc.

• New Product Development.

• Planning of itinerary & cost projection for corporate client.

Requirements:

• Experienced corporate sales account manager with a demonstrated history of working in the leisure, travel & tourism industry.

• Skilled in catering, sales, hospitality industry, event management, and leisure Industry.

• Degree or diploma holder from renowned institutions.

• Minimum 10 years of experience with proven track records.

• Bi-lingual speaker in English and Mandarin as the key market is to China.

• Proactive attitude and a problem solver.

• Energetic, goal-getter personality and love travelling in ASEAN.
