Our Client:

A leading F&B Chain expanding to the USA.  They are now looking for a HR Director to lead their expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Spearhead, review and monitor all policies, processes, systems and other initiatives

• Putting in place forward-looking strategies and plans to enable the company to attract, motivate and retain talents

• Responsible for full employee lifecycle (e.g. recruitment, interview, selection, on-boarding, training, etc.)

• Advising Management and teams on all compensation, rewards, performance management as well as benefits and wellness related issues / queries.

• Promote Company branding and support management team to drive business strategies and objectives

• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements

• Oversee full spectrum of HR functions to support and facilitate the operations and development of business in the USA

Required:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources/Business or equivalent

• At least 15 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in managing multi-disciplinary teams, preferably with regional exposure and set-up HR policies from scratch

• Experience in F&B/ QSR/ Retail/ Hospitality industries would have an added advantage

• Experience in setting up HR functions from scratch would possess an added advantage

• Strong sense of responsibility with excellent planning, organizational and problem solving skills; Possess positive attitude towards work

• Excellent interpersonal skills, high cooperative and willing to meet people from all levels

• Hands-on with an entrepreneurship mindset
