Role:
Engage customers professionally and effectively to understand their requirements and to consult, design and propose winning solutions.
Collaborate with Sales to build strong relationships supporting customers to identify business opportunities.
Design and manage the solution to support customers by illustrating technical competence and resourcefulness.
Develop and build new business relationships with strategic partners/channels to understand opportunities for creating value and new business opportunities.
Communicate with stakeholders, both internal colleagues and external vendors or partners on the developed solution to ensure feasibility.
Tackle any solution aspects arising from projects implementation that require a review on solution proposed
Inspection and Evaluation to maintain the solution quality and improve the efficiency among key stakeholders
To provide constructive feedback to internal teams for any service improvement plan as and when observed
Designing and implementing new/existing Enterprise customer’s network solutions or improving the efficiency of current networks.
Deploying, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.
Any relevant experiences or equivalent certifications such as CCNA, CCNP and any public cloud certifications will be preferred
Required:
Bachelor degree in IT, Engineering or Computer Science and any other relevant equivalent professional certifications
Experience working with range of products in evolving technologies of each domain of Network/Cloud/ICT etc.
Experience with foundational cloud technologies, DC-DC Converters and Disaster Recovery (DC).
Strong Communication skills in engaging prospective customers
Familiar with evolving Enterprise IT Architecture and experience in solutioning in current technologies supporting networking, CyberSecurity, Storage and Hybrid Cloud (may include Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Baidu Cloud, UCloud, IBM Cloud, etc.).
