Summary:

Our client is a real estate developer and investment holding company with regional portfolios. Due to their growth & developments in Indonesia (Jakarta & Batam), they are inviting senior management professionals to take up the leadership role to oversee the developments in Indonesia.

Main Responsibilities:

• Holds the full P&L, direct and drive the company’s investments, business development, project development management as well as the operations of the Group’s integrated development projects in Indonesia, based in Jakarta or Batam.

• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in real estate and related products.

• Lead and manage a portfolio of integrated development projects (both operational, as well as those under development). This involves evaluating the performance of properties, and managing the properties to maximize its operating & financial performance.

• Provide leadership and assume overall accountability for portfolio under your charge. Your key challenges include leading and motivating the development management/property management teams towards achieving positive performance results and creating value for the portfolio under your charge.

• Preparation of board papers, presentations, and updating Management on a regular basis.

• Managing the interests/expectations of Joint Venture partners and stakeholders, as well as nurturing and sustaining good relationships with the local authorities.

Required:

• At least a Bachelor Degree in Real Estate/Business/Finance or related discipline, with at least 10 years working experience in the real estate developments in Indonesia.

• Effectively bilingual to liaise with both Chinese and English speaking stakeholders

• Strong and hands-on leadership with effective communication, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.

• Strong financial, business development and operational capabilities.

• Dynamic and results-oriented, able to persevere under challenging situations.

• Proven track record in the real estate-related industry.

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
