Our Client:

A leading F&B Chain expanding internationally. Due to business expansion, they have a new opening for a Director of International Partnerships/ Franchise (F&B) – based in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supports the effort to build the brand’s footprint through partnerships.

• Scopes new markets, sources for potential partners, builds a bench of potential future partners

• Structuring and negotiating agreements and providing strategic support to our partners.

• Develops and executes business development strategy for long-term growth of the brand in APAC

• Research and identify market opportunities

• Creates marketing material to pitch to new investors, and sources potential new franchisees.

• Attract the highest quality prospective franchisees, marketing the opportunity externally

• Develops financial models, outputs and scenarios for diligence and deal structuring

• Conducts due diligence on prospective partners

• Negotiates agreements with prospective franchisees

Required:

• At least a good University Degree, MBA holders will have a strong advantage

• Possess at least 12 years of relevant experience in APAC

• Possesses good relevant network in APAC

• Strong numeric and analytical skills

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills

• Strong presentation skills

• Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English.
