Role:
You will be part of the Vietnam Megaport leadership team and is responsible for overseeing and leading the air freight business to ensure smooth day to day operations.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and execute freight network optimization opportunities and to drive implementation.
Ensure operational excellence and delivers the agreed KPIs internally and with customers.
Establish trade lane strategy to gain and develop business with sales and manage the execution of these strategies.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with the key accounts customers.
Collect information regularly on resource distribution dynamics and monitor the price fluctuations of the international air transport market.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in transport/logistics/supply chain related disciplines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in the international air freight forwarding industry.
Familiar with the distribution of international transport resources and freight rates.
Entrepreneurial mindset;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
