Role:

You will be part of the Vietnam Megaport leadership team and is responsible for overseeing and leading the air freight business to ensure smooth day to day operations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and execute freight network optimization opportunities and to drive implementation.

• Ensure operational excellence and delivers the agreed KPIs internally and with customers.

• Establish trade lane strategy to gain and develop business with sales and manage the execution of these strategies.

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with the key accounts customers.

• Collect information regularly on resource distribution dynamics and monitor the price fluctuations of the international air transport market.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in transport/logistics/supply chain related disciplines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the international air freight forwarding industry.

• Familiar with the distribution of international transport resources and freight rates.

• Entrepreneurial mindset;

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
