Our Client:
A multi-national real estate company focused on commercial real estate properties in Asia. They now have an opening for Property Manager (based in Chongqing, China).
Job Responsibilities:
The job incumbent will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for the company’s commercial property in Chongqing.
He/ she will manage the security, cleaning and horticulture teams to ensure that property is run smoothly.
He/ she will work with tenants for fitting-out and renovation matters, ensuring that the tenants’ contractors adhere to the property’s rules and regulations.
Required:
The ideal candidate should possess a good Bachelor’s Degree.
He/ she should have at least 12 years of experience in property management with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial level position.
Be highly numerate, strong in cashflow modelling.
He/ she should possess good leadership skills, comunication skills and interpersonal skills.
