Role:

• Responsible to monthly and year-end financial reporting closing, audited financial statements and tax computation of Malaysia entities, and assist headquarter consolidation and reporting,

• Direct all financial functions and activities and lead the finance team to ensure full accountability for all financial and tax matters and effectively develop team with culture of compliance and financial control across the business,

• In-charge to liaise with external auditors to comply with individual level, group interim and year end audit,

• In-charge of bank and financing arrangement and bank accounts operations,

• Act as the key business partner to support management in all finance aspects,

• Prepare financial analysis, evaluation of business results and accountable for financial controls,

• Refine and establish management reporting processes and internal control procedures,

• Evaluate and improve information technology infrastructure and implement new technologies,

• Support ad-hoc reporting, financial analysis and management presentations.

Required:

• More than 6 years of experience in accounting or finance with CPA or equivalent professional qualification

• Solid knowledge of Malaysia accounting standard, taxation and company secretarial works, and sound knowledge of International Accounting Standards are also preferred

• Solid work experience in M&A and audit is an advantage

• Ability to communicate with senior management within the operations, corporate teams and external parties

• Proficient in PC applications and knowledge of computerized accounting system

• Independent, with good interpersonal skills and sound analytical mind

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Occasion Travel in Asia may be required
