Our Client:

A global Food-related FMCG conglomerate. Due to the strong growth, they have a new opening for a General Manager (Central Kitchen) – based in China.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for P&L and overseeing the daily operations of the central kitchen, ensuring food safety, quality and freshness of meals delivered to clients.

• Responsible for developing and implementing the annual budget and business plan, sales plan, revenue forecast, operating profit for the central kitchen

• Responsible for the smooth running of the central kitchen with the assistance of the Production Manager.

• Growing the revenue through proactively seeking new business opportunities.

• Maintain good relationships with external stakeholders such as government departments and bureaus.

Required:

• A good university degree

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Food Manufacturing industry

• Food safety knowledge

• Proven track record of generating commercial growth

• Resourceful with network of foodservice products and equipment

• Strong leadership skills, honesty, and trustworthiness, with excellent communication skills.

• Able to communicate effectively in English
