Our Client:

A global Food-related FMCG conglomerate. Due to the strong growth, they have a new opening for a Production Manager (Central Kitchen) – based in China.

Job Responsibilities:

• Setting up overall Central Kitchen, including Fixtures & equipment, SOPs, Production line & Planning etc;

• Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency of processes;

• Hiring, training and managing food production personnel, ensuring that they adhere to food safety and hygiene standards;

• Ensure production process complies with established procedures and quality standards;

• Set production objectives and implement action plans for achieving targets;

• Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and processed food products, ensuring proper cost control and minimise wastage;

Required:

• A good university degree

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Food Manufacturing industry

• Food safety knowledge

• Strong leadership skills, honesty, and trustworthiness, with excellent communication skills.

• Able to communicate effectively in English
