Our Client:

A leading developer for logistics properties in Asia.  Due to business expansion, they have a new opening for Service Quality Manager (Facilities Management) – Based in Shanghai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that service operations of the facilities management subcontractors meets the required standard operating standards

• From time to time review, update and train on the service standards

• Review, monitor and manage the service delivery standards of facilities management subcontractors

Required:

• At least a good university degree, preferably in engineering

• Minimally 5 years’ working experience in facilities management, preferably for industrial or logistic properties

• Effectively bilingual in Mandarin & English

• Able to travel extensively around China
