Our Client:

• A global fund management company with over USD16B real estate AUM outside China

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in investment and capital markets strategies in Real Estate, formulate financing and fund-raising plans according to the strategic objectives and business plans

• Organize department members to implement corporate financing and fund-raising programs, supervise and control financing projects

• Maintain and develop financing and fund-raising channels in PERE, develop and establish financing and fund-raising systems and procedures, establish diversified financing channels, and assist relevant business negotiations

• Work together with Capital Markets Management Center to provide capital markets advice, develop both traditional and non-traditional capital solutions

• Identify and develop new capital relationships with institutional investors (pension funds, SWFs, insurance, endowments, family offices etc).

• Responsible for the overseas acquired and merged platforms financial managements and controls in HQ level.

• Oversee country finance operations and planning team which includes all functions of a complete operating finance department including fixed assets, bank interaction, capital planning etc.

• Manage the core financial functions: forecasting, quarterly and monthly performance reviews, annual budget, investment analysis and internal control environment.

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance or related discipline,

• At least 15 years of working experience in Capital Market / Investment Management environment.

• Demonstrated ability to think globally/strategically, turn information into effective strategies and drive results.

• Accustomed to and effective in multiple cultures.

• Strong business acumen, integrity, and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
