An established and popular supermarket chain in Western China.  Due to business needs, they now have a new opening for Logistics Manager to be based in Chongqing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up system, process and procedures on daily receiving management to ensure the optimization of the receiving process, efficiency and efficiency, and implementation

• Set up system, process and procedures on daily distribution management to ensure accurate, efficient and efficient distribution, and at the same time process optimization and implementation

• Set up system, process and procedures on daily shipping management to ensure efficient transportation, reasonable cost, and process optimization and implementation

• Lead and manage a team to carry out the above

Required:

• Possesses at least a good university degree

• Candidates with Masters qualification will have a strong advantage

• At least 5 years of logistics experience in Chongqing

• Familiar with process optimization management

• Familiar with road conditions, traffic network, traffic laws and regulations of Chongqing, and experienced in handling traffic-related emergencies

• Experienced in leading a team

• Familiar with basic ERP

• Highly energetic and can-do attitude

• Candidates with experience in retail industry will have a strong advantage

• Candidates with experience in startups or setting up will have a strong advantage

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills and communication skills

• Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English

• Proficiency in Excel and Word
