Our Client:

An international integrated healthcare real estate developer with presence in China.  Due to business needs, they now have an opening for Eldercare Centre Director to be based in Shanxi.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preliminary planning, setting up of the eldercare centre in Shanxi

• Design of eldercare products and service offerings;

• Responsible for formulating and implementing the annual development goals and specific business plans for the project, and controlling the operation process of the project;

• Prepare budgets and keep track of adherence

• Responsible for market analysis and development, keeping abreast of consumer needs and trends

• Brand building, operating system building, team building and overall operation management;

• Responsible for communication and coordination with other departments of the company and relevant government departments

Required:

• At least a good university degree

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in eldercare industry

• Have a solid understanding of the eldercare industry in Shanxi

• Experience in eldercare operations and product management

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills

• Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English

• Must be based in Shanxi
