Our Client:

A leading pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturer.  Due to business expansion, they have a new position for Construction Project Manager (Based in Chongqing, China).

Job Responsibilities:

• Organizing the establishment and application of new construction projects;

• Prepare project work plan and progress plan;

• Participate in the selection and market research of key equipment used in the project, and organize the bidding of project construction units and equipment suppliers.

• Supervise the work progress and quality of the design unit; organize the technical disclosure of the design drawings;

• Review engineering equipment and material plans;

• Organize and implement verification work plans such as installation confirmation, performance confirmation, and operation confirmation according to GMP requirements;

• Supervise the construction progress, quality and site management of each project team;

• Due to the needs of the company or the engineering changes proposed by the construction unit, organize relevant technical personnel to conduct on-site confirmation. Review the change plan and submit it for approval, organize the implementation, and verify the amount of change;

Required:

• At least good university degree, major in architectural engineering and engineering management.

• Experience in construction project application, bidding and acceptance process, project budgetting and project quality control

• Experience with pharmaceutical factory projects a strong advantage

• Familiar with CAD, MS Project, etc., familiar with drug preparation equipment selection, and FAT, SAT process;

• Possesses the capability in managing the overall operation, cost control, project management, technical guidance and supervision of the construction company.

• Strong communication skills, good writing skills and cross-departmental collaboration skills
