Our Client:

A leading pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturer.  Due to business expansion, they have a new position for Business Process Director (Based in Chongqing, China).

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads process owners in preparing and documenting all work processes, compiling and revising SOPs and operation manuals

• Responsible for the update, design and planning of the code of conduct and standards of the department’s business process, as well as internal training;

• Responsible for process management, process sorting, diagnosis, and optimization implementation.

• Regularly carry out process inspections, monitor the operation of the process system, evaluate and investigate the current status of the department’s operational processes, and formulate business process diagnostic reports;

• Responsible for the training of business process management related knowledge, methods and tools, and promote the improvement of process management thinking and methods within the company;

• Responsible for discussing the process with various departments, providing support for each department to sort out the process; coordinating cross-departmental collaborative operation from the perspective of process, promoting process establishment and continuous improvement

Required:

• At least good university degree

• Experience in leading the business process management in preferably the pharmaceutical or chemical industry

• More than seven years of manufacturing experience, responsible for process system design or process management

• Experience in process change and implementation is preferred.

• Strong logical thinking and management coordination ability

• Strong communication skills, good writing skills and cross-departmental collaboration skills
