Main Responsibilities:

• Establish effective and well-organised investment strategies and processes which are best positioned to achieve Group’s goals.

• Provide insight and direction, lead the investment teams, complete investment transactions, and effectively maintain portfolio developments.

• Analyse the Group’s asset portfolio globally and recommending allocation of capital.

• Provide clear and well-informed investment recommendations to GCEO/ Board of Directors while maintaining limited overall risk to the organization, tailoring the investment portfolio to create a desirable balance between risks and return.

• Monitor the performance of investment portfolio and uphold the fiscal security of the company.

• Organize regular investment reports and reviews, including quantitative and qualitative portfolio studies.

Required:

• Recognized degree in finance or a relevant field.

• Minimum 15 years related experience with at least 5 years as a Group Head of Investment or CIO for diversified real estate asset classes.

• At least 10 years’ experience in Fund Management role preferred

• Experience with global real estate investment markets, especially in Asia, EU, SEA and Australia

• Strong experience leading, supervising, and motivating a team of investment professionals.

• Strategic thinker and efficient negotiator.

• Highly motivated and results-driven individual
