A real estate developer with regional presence.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead the Company’s in-house secretariat team in providing corporate secretarial support for the Group.
Assist Head of the Legal to manage the functions of the corporate secretariat department, ensure regulatory compliance with Companies Act and other requirements.
Manage wide spectrum of corporate secretarial works including preparation of Board resolutions, documents, minutes of meetings, AGMs, etc.
Ensure that the statutory records of group of companies are updated and maintained on timely basis.
Liaising with auditors, ACRA officers and other external parties.
Requirements:
Corporate secretarial qualification (ICSA) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or other equivalent qualifications
At least 10 years’ relevant experience in corporate secretarial matters, experience in public listed company is a bonus.
Prior experience in leading a team is mandatory.
Conscientious and meticulous, good organisational skills and experience, able to work independently and well under pressure.
Candidates must have a good command of English. Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is expected (to liaise with the Mandarin speaking stakeholders).
