Our Client:

A leading FMCG company with business interests globally.  Due to business expansion needs, they now have new positions as Sales Manager – Based in Africa.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category plans to meet revenue goals

• Develop and grow customer base in retail and e-commerce channels

• Achieve a high level of market penetration through wide coverage of sales activities.

• Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders on all issues.

• Analyse and negotiate customer requirements and develop product promotions to drive sales.

• Accountable for sales performance, profitability and collection.

• Stay updated on industry trends and market competitions.

Required:

• At least a Good university degree;

• More than 5 years of work experience in the modern trade or Area Sales Manager for FMCG products in Africa

• Good communication skills and good interpersonal relationships

• Effective communication skills in English
