Summary:

• Looking for a full-time experienced finance professional to assist in enhancing the finance framework of the Company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide and develop the Finance team to ensure the financial operation is delivered according to guidelines and timeliness

• Review monthly closing of accounts, financial reports, analysis for management’s decision making and ensure compliance with accounting policies

• Manage annual budgeting, cashflow and periodic forecasting processes, coordinate with other departments on overall budget execution, review and control

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors on reporting requirements

• Liaise with external and internal auditors, tax agents and lawyers to support audit, tax and other statutory requirements

• Review tax computations and tax returns

• Work closely with other departments on feasibility studies and special projects

Required:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

• At least 15 years in relevant working experience, of which at least 5 years in managerial position

• Good understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards and local tax rules

• Good governance and compliance mindset

• Experience in real estate and MCST is preferred

• Ability to work independently and effectively deliver under tight timeline
