Our client: 

One of the leading IT services and solutions providers. Given the expansion of its regional HQ in Singapore, it is souring for its first hire, Business Development Director, in Singapore to spearhead the business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Formulate the company’s overseas market development strategy and spearhead the expansion of the company’s products and brand awareness internationally (E.g. SEA & Europe)

• Generate new business opportunities/partnerships to secure and manage new key accounts in the region

• Building of core team and leading them to achieve the respective KPI in the region

• Analyze market trends and demands and provide data analysis to the company’s R&D team to enhance products

• Risk assessment and control during sales operations in overseas markets

• Adhoc duties/projects as assigned

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree

• At least 10 years of experience with proven sales track records in the software, fintech or manufacturing industry with at least 4 years of management experience in a regional context

• Effectively bilingual to liaise with mandarin speaking stakeholders

• Ability to spearhead overseas expansion independently, especially in SEA

• Hands-on, accountable, strong sense of responsibility and possess an entrepreneur mindset
