Our client: 

One of the key players in the power and energy solution providers in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and improve overall IT strategy and execute IT plans

• Ensure compliance to international standards (such as COBIT 5, ISO27001, ITIL).

• Responsible for in-house software development as well as maintenance and further enhancements of the company’s B2C website (UI and UX)

• IT Project management and managing IT budgeting and project expenditure

• Manage team members in the IT Infrastructure Team and System Application Team; as well as contractors and vendors to ensure compliance of SLA and project schedules.

• Keeping abreast with the latest technology developments and making proposals to the management on relevant enhancements to the IT systems and IT plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology engineering or relevant fields.

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in MIS, information technology, e-commerce, and data management; with 8 years in a senior management position.

• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, Real-time data processing, Data warehouse & Business Intelligence, Billing and Settlement in retail environment such as utilities, telco and subscription-based services would be advantageous.

• Experienced in a business environment managing IT systems to deal with both B2B and B2C customers

• Proven track records in project management and leading companywide IT projects; proficient in IT budgeting and managing project expenditure (CAPEX and OPEX)

• Extensive software development experience is an advantage.

• A highly analytical mind-set with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication, leadership, and presentation skills with good business sense in order to align with the commercial objectives.

• Good understanding of modern databases and information system technologies; and familiar with CII requirements
