Our Client:

• A regional supply chain management Group.  Due to business expansion, they have a new role for Agri-Business Coldchain Project Director (based in Chongqing).

Main Responsibilities:

• Plans, manages and implements all activities and resources the construction of the Group’s new Agri-Business Cold Supply Chain project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget and in accordance to agreed guidelines and approvals.

• Ensure that the Warehouse Management Software is implemented in line with the planning and customer concept document.

• Co-Create and manage with the Site Operations Team the transition plan of the new customer flows and volumes into the warehouse.

Required:

• At least a good University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, supply chain or other related discipline.

• At least 3 years experience working in a similar capacity.

• Experience in setting up new cold chain infrastructure which has both cold storage and processing facilities.

• Experience in building abattoir, central kitchen and  meat processing facilities a strong advantage.

• Experience implementing hardware and software in a warehousing environment required.

• Experience leading large-scale projects.

• Strong knowledge of material handling engineering in scope of warehouse implementations

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
