Our Client:

• A leading freight Group. Due to business expansion, they have a new role for Greater China Finance Shared Service Center Manager (based in Chongqing).

Main Responsibilities:

• Be the point of contact between clients in Greater China and the service delivery team to ensure the excellent delivery of financial management services to clients, including budgeting, GL, AP, AR, ensuring accurate and timely monthly reports and financial analysis.

• Ensure all the finance processes are in alignment with company’s policy;

• Leads discussions between clients and service delivery team in the events of disputes

• Review existing financial workflow and processes to improve performance of the team

• Supervises internal controls audit and statutory audits

Required:

• At least a good University Degree, MBA or CPA holders will have a strong advantage

• More than 10 years of overall financial management experience

• Candidates with prior working experience in BPO or SSC environments will have a strong advantage

• Familiar with China and international accounting standards, taxation, auditing regulations, policies and other related financial professional knowledge and application,

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
