Job Description:

• Work with Management to formulate vision and execute strategies for the BU

• Identify business opportunities and research on industry trends to create business roadmaps

• Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development

• Engage in sales and marketing activities to build pipeline and establish clientele base

• Ensure the profitability of the BU’s operations

• Generate an execution plan for ensuring the efficient delivery of business services

• Establish and maintain excellent and professional working relationships with stakeholders

• Understand customer businesses and develop service offerings that address their needs

• Identify and develop partnerships that can drive the growth of the BU

• Perform resource planning and allocation so that the business objectives can be met

• Grow and mentor the team

What you need to know/ have:

• A Bachelor Degree with 12 years of relevant working experience

• Good operations knowledge and digitisation capability

• Good understanding of Finance & Accounting and HR processes

• Sound knowledge of process management, business, regulatory and accounting complexities associated with outsourcing

• Excellent presentation and communications skills

• Good leadership skills and ability to motivate team to excel
