Job Description:

• Support end to end service delivery for all levels of assignees within the Group businesses

• Work with assignees and partners to ensure the delivery of service runs smoothly

• Provide advice to business and HR teams on Company’s assignment policy, programmes and practices.

• Work collaboratively with relevant parties to resolve mobility operational issues, execute moves in compliance with business, legal, tax and commercial requirements, as well as facilitate reporting and tracking of assignmentsPrepare the assignment packages and timely costings for review and conduct briefing to the assignees

• Assigned to work on mobility initiatives, programmes, policies and processes to drive efficiency.

• Undertake other special projects and tasks as assigned

What you need to know/ have:

• A Bachelor Degree with 7 years of relevant working experience in HR international mobility, preferably in Asia, Middle East and United States.

• Good knowledge of countries law and regulations.

• Good team-player, hands-on, resourceful and able to work independently

• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
