Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the group-wide C&B harmonisation project which includes job evaluation, benefits and policies review.

• Responsible for administration of insurance schemes by working closely with the insurance service provider.

• Execution of C&B operations including policies update, regulatory reporting, benefits administration and WICA claims administration.

• Administer and maintain C&B programmes and processes.

• Manage the external payroll vendor.

• Handle other employee life cycle matters.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ experience in HR

• Familiarity with C&B programmes and practices will be a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel

• Team-player with ability to work independently within a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.

• Positive, self-motivated, analytical, numerically inclined and meticulous
