• A home-grown B2B ecommerce trade platform with regional presence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving the regional partner development efforts in the exciting and rapidly growing Web3 ecosystem

• Develop and execute the company’s partner and ecosystem strategy in the region, in collaboration with business, product and engineering leaders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and scale partnership models that expand the market reach and drive revenue across geographies

• Identify, structure, negotiate and close partnerships with ecosystem players across the company’s commercial value chain

• Drive operational and contractual terms with prospective partners through collaboration with legal and finance teams

• Optimise partner performance through business reviews, identify ongoing business opportunities to expand reach, revenue and grow existing relationships

• Establish regular reporting cadence to all key stakeholders, with a strong focus on data and outcomes.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 5 years of experience with relevant experience and proven track record in strategic partnerships, business development or management consulting

• Good understanding of SaaS and tech ecosystems

• A strong and versatile team player who can work with team members from various functions

• Structured, systematic, diligent and self-driven

• A self-starter who can creatively construct and devise new pathways to generate leads
