Summary:

• Looking for a full-time experienced compliance professional to assist in enhancing the compliance framework of the Company. This role will report to the Head of Finance & Compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review, analyse and propose risk mitigation alternatives on the Company’s various types of contracts, such as non-disclosure agreements, tenders, and professional service agreements.

• Responsible for ensuring processes and documentation are following MAS Payment Services Act Regulations.

• To review, draft and negotiate terms and conditions of various types of contracts with external parties and partners of the Company

• Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external counsel in relation to external legal advice and its interpretation and management of legal costs.

• Participate in mitigation processes in line with overall standard operating procedures of the organisation

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Business Management, or related discipline.

• Professional Certificate in Legal Studies, or relevant field (for those without relevant a Law Degree).

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal contract management and administration.

• Experience managing Contracts, PDPA, and Regulatory Compliances is mandatory to be successful in this role.

• Candidates with knowledge on the Payment Services Act is an added advantage.
