Summary:

• A Singapore HQ electronics manufacturing company with regional manufacturing facilities. Position is a newly created to assist the company to go IPO on SGX.

Main Responsibilities:

• Overall manage Group accounting function, performance reporting, budgeting and forecasting, investment plan, financial planning, cost planning, fund raising and etc.

• Establish and improve the organization internal control system, data management system and financial management policy.

• Responsible for the verification, assessment and monitoring of company’s financial performance.
  

• Responsible for the financial feasibility studies on new projects and analyse results of the investment including asset transfer, merger and acquisition matters.

• Responsible as main contact with all professionals for listing exercise.
  

• Establish and maintain relationships with investors, SGX, MAS. Responsible for preparation and review all company announcements
  

• Monitor Interested Persons Transactions (IPTs) and establish controls in relation to IPTs and potential conflict of interest
  

Required:

• At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in a SGX Listed company with track record of leading finance teams

• Familiarity with the relevant accounting standards including SFRS(I) / IFRS, Enterprise Resources Planning System, internal control framework and the relevant rules and regulations, including but not limited to, SGX-ST Listing Rules, Companies Act (Chapter 50), Singapore Code on Takeover and Mergers, Securities and Future Act.

• Experience in direct reporting to the senior management, audit committee and the Board of Directors

• Relevant qualification, including but not limited to, CPA, CA or ACCA
