Our Client:

• A foreign-owned real estate Group with assets across China. Due to business needs, they now have a new opening for Project Director (Northern China) to be based in Beijing, China.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the project management team to ensure that the company’s projects in Beijing and other cities in northern China are delivered on time, within budgeted cost and of high quality.

• Lead and execute approved project plans and manage Project Managers, Engineers, Site Supervisors and appointed consultants, contractors, suppliers and vendors to ensure general supervision of the project work and the management of site implementation and all project related matters.

• Site project management and track progress of project implementation against the approved schedule.

• Cost reports including forecast cash flow of project expenditures, monitoring spending of cost against approved budget, forecast project expenditures, etc.

• Statutory Authorities matters.

• Responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with external parties such as government departments, contractors, etc.

• Take a leadership role in leading project team members and handling certain cross-department scenarios of the deliverable.

• Support team members to resolve critical, the pending issue with deep knowledge of multi-format development experience.

• Responsible for organizing inspection projects regularly, proposing project issues, and formulating improvement measures.

Required:

• Degree / Master in Mechanical or Electrical, Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• With minimum 15 years of project management experience.

• At least 8 years of experience in managerial positions.

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Strong human resources management skills.

• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese.
