Our Client:

• A foreign-owned real estate Group with assets across China. Due to business needs, they now have a new opening for a Senior Cost & Contracts Manager (Real Estate Projects) to be based in Shanghai, China.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of QS for real estate projects.

• Team support to the Project Manager in Contract Management Cost Control.

• Review the design and use of material for effective cost control.

• Prepare and finalize the Final Accounts for contracts.

• Negotiate with consultants and resolve contract issues.

Required:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying work experience.

• Experience in large-scale mixed-use projects.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Good leadership and people management skills.

• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese.
