Our Client:

• A foreign-owned real estate Group with assets across China. Due to business needs, they now have a new opening for a Senior Manager (Real Estate Project Management) to be based in Shanghai, China.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for formulating project management plans and ensuring that all work is implemented as planned.

• Supervise the work of functional departments to ensure that all targets are achieved.

• Responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with external parties such as government departments, contractors, etc.

• Ensure all construction safety requirements are met and strictly adhere to.

• Frequent travel would be necessary.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree from an engineering discipline.

• 10 years of project management experience in real estate industry.

• At least 5 years of experience in managerial positions.

• Experience in managing at least 1 project from inception to completion.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese.
