Main Responsibilities:
Work closely with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives and solutions
Build a strong organisational culture to support business transformation
Act as a performance improvement driver to influence performance culture
Act as a key advisor to business leaders and line managers in HR related issues
Support the implementation of group wide HR policies and programmes
Provide full spectrum of HR functions to line managers, including recruitment & selection, performance management, talent management and employee engagement
Provide support to International Assignees when required
Required:
Degree in any discipline with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in similar portfolio or in HR consulting
A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Independent, proactive, hands-on and driven
Result-oriented with strong sense of accountability for accomplishing assignments within timelines
Possess a good knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, such as talent acquisition and development, employee retention, organsational effectiveness, compensation practices and diversity
Strong stakeholder management
