• A leading real estate developer with regional presence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives and solutions

• Build a strong organisational culture to support business transformation

• Act as a performance improvement driver to influence performance culture

• Act as a key advisor to business leaders and line managers in HR related issues

• Support the implementation of group wide HR policies and programmes

• Provide full spectrum of HR functions to line managers, including recruitment & selection, performance management, talent management and employee engagement

• Provide support to International Assignees when required

Required:

• Degree in any discipline with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in similar portfolio or in HR consulting

• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Independent, proactive, hands-on and driven

• Result-oriented with strong sense of accountability for accomplishing assignments within timelines

• Possess a good knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, such as talent acquisition and development, employee retention, organsational effectiveness, compensation practices and diversity

• Strong stakeholder management
