Our client:

• A real estate investment and asset management company with portfolio spanning across Asia region.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the head of department and work with existing team members on designing and implementing organisation’s corporate sustainability, initiatives and engagement activities across their offices globally.

• Implement sustainability programmes to manage ESG risks and opportunities sensibly, in line with market and competitive realities.

• Manage the environmental impact of organisation’s corporate operations by understanding their carbon footprint impact globally and catalyzing action by partnering with both external and internal stakeholders, such as business units and office managers towards managing their environmental impact and facilitating cross team sharing of knowledge and expertise.

• Ensure timely and accurate sustainability reporting on their key performance metrics at the group, office, department and individual level via channels such as their annual report and sustainability dashboards.

• Establish strong business network and keep abreast of industry trends and research, relevant regulations and peer best practices in sustainability and wellness.

Required:

• At least a bachelor’s degree from recognized university.

• At least 5 years of experience in corporate sustainability, preferably within the real estate arena.

• Effectively bilingual to liaise with both Chinese and English speaking stakeholders.

• Self-directed and results oriented, with preference for a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with ability to manage key business stakeholders across different job levels and collaborate with team members on corporate wide projects and initiatives.

• Well-organized with good project and time management skills and adaptability to evolving situations.
