Summary:

• A leading real estate developer in Asia Pacific.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all marketing activities for “Retail Asset App”

• Develop operational plan to onboard new tenants / customers

• Engage potential vendors for creatives and loyalty programme

• Set up the loyalty programme for “Retail Asset App” (both tenants, shoppers and structure to scale to other customers)

• Support day-to-day issues and queries for “Retail Asset App” (onboard new tenants, manage content from other departments, etc).

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Required:

Degree in IT/Marketing or equivalent with strong passion for technology

• Experience with implementation of systems or project management, digital marketing and/or content management of app/web will be useful.

• Experience in Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

• Driven, analytical, assertive and a good team player.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
