Our client: 

A renowned property developer listed in the Stock Exchange of Singapore, with investments and regional presence in Asia Pacific and Europe.

Role:

This is a project management role which will be responsible to oversee and manage the end-to-end project development cycle for all Company’s projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee, coordinate, monitor and manage Consultants and Builders in the planning, designing, documentation, construction and implementation of The Company’s real estate development project.

• Responsible for end-to-end project management including technical assessment, budget and control, evaluation of tenders.

• Put together design briefs for projects, including Architectural Design, Façade Design, Landscape Design,

• Interior Design, Lighting Design, Environmental Graphics Design etc.

• Conduct RFPs to engage consultants for the project.

• Work with consultants to develop, modify and review design concept, drawings, specifications, and construction documents according to in-house standards and technical requirements

• Manage the consultants in the production of Tender drawings and drafting of specifications and facilitate in the project procurement process.

• To ensure organizational objectives and maintain industry leadership in innovation, product quality, service standards, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead a team of consultants and contractors to meet criteria such as design, budget, time, quality, safety and environmental requirements established for each project.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering

• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in a medium to large firm within the property development industry and preferably with good architectural design management experience

• Experience with real estate developer and consultants/contractor

• Proven track record of handling design, procurement and construction of large-scale projects which are widely ranged such as medium to high end mixed development of office/commercial, residential, hotels, recreation, leisure and lifestyle development

• Good technical background and knowledge to support the superior in managing project risks and issues

• Experience in contract administration and procurement

• Ability to travel at short notice is a must.
