Our Client:

• A leading F&B Chain expanding to Singapore and South East Asia.  They are now looking for an SEA Regional GM to lead their expansion.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the team for the setting up of the Group’s business in Singapore initially, then to SEA markets subsequently

• Assisting in identifying the co-partner for the brand in Singapore and beyond

• Identifying and securing suitable locations for the outlets

• Oversees the setting up of the outlets, ensuring that corporate branding and operational guidelines are being adhered to

• Oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations in the continuing effort to improve operational efficiency, drive sales revenue and maintain product quality and outstanding customer service to achieve KPIs.

• Identify business trend and makes recommendations to improve business performance.

• Staff management, recruiting, training, motivating and performance management

• Cost management in terms of outlet overhead and operational cost.

Required:

• At least 15 years of experience in F&B operations in Singapore and the SEA region

• Strong knowledge of local F&B market scene, best practices and rules & regulation

• Experience in managing both direct stores and franchises/ licensed partners

• Experience in setting up from 0 to 1

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
