Summary:

• A leading Industrial & Logistics developer with regional presence.

Main Responsibilities:

• You will be part of a team responsible for investment and development acquisitions covering strategic markets across Asia

• Key responsibilities include conducting market research to support business decisions, deal sourcing, feasibility study, due diligence, transaction execution and post-acquisition performance management.

• It is essential to have experience of deal evaluation and financial modeling. You will also be required to provide other operational support to the Investment Department.

Required:

• Degree in Economics / Finance / Business / Real Estate or relevant discipline from a recognized tertiary institution

• 5 – 8 years of relevant experience

• Familiar with investment process across different jurisdictions

• Proven track record of investments

• Willing to travel
