Job Description:
Oversees asset enhancement initiatives.
Provide monthly updates on asset performance and financial reporting.
Actively develop, review and implement business plans to maximize the value of properties
Evaluate performance of assigned properties, and recommend improvement plans.
Prepare annual budget, including revenue forecasting for assigned properties
Support all sectors monthly reporting and quarterly projection process using Argus.
Support all sector’s monthly analysis and reporting including Leases, Expenses and NOI.
Business oversight on Dashboard enhancement and development of reporting requirements using Tableau.
Research and keep a view on relevant market news and trends.
Various ad-hoc analysis and data collation to support Division reporting and activities.
What you need to know/ have:
A Bachelor Degree with 8 years of relevant working experience in relevant field
Proven track record of asset management across various property types
Digitally savvy to optimize available technology
Strong financial acumen, verbal and written communication skills
