Job Description:

• Oversees asset enhancement initiatives.

• Provide monthly updates on asset performance and financial reporting.

• Actively develop, review and implement business plans to maximize the value of properties

• Evaluate performance of assigned properties, and recommend improvement plans.

• Prepare annual budget, including revenue forecasting for assigned properties

• Support all sectors monthly reporting and quarterly projection process using Argus.

• Support all sector’s monthly analysis and reporting including Leases, Expenses and NOI.

• Business oversight on Dashboard enhancement and development of reporting requirements using Tableau.

• Research and keep a view on relevant market news and trends.

• Various ad-hoc analysis and data collation to support Division reporting and activities.

What you need to know/ have:

• A Bachelor Degree with 8 years of relevant working experience in relevant field

• Proven track record of asset management across various property types

• Digitally savvy to optimize available technology

• Strong financial acumen, verbal and written communication skills
