Job Description:

• Develop, review and implement long-term asset management plans and strategies.

• Maximize total return for assets through the analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance.

• Monitor and report on asset performance.

• Implement asset management and enhancement initiatives to support asset management team

• Protect company interests in all aspects of leasing

• Models a full lifecycle financial analysis for projects/assets in the portfolio

• Working closely with external and internal stakeholders, providing advices related to company’s portfolio profile

• Responsible for the knowledge management, capture & sharing, for portfolio functional excellence

What you need to know/ have:

• A Bachelor Degree with 8 years of relevant working experience in asset management.

• Proficient in financial cash flow modelling, Excel and Powerpoint.

• Strong analytical skills, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of Argus or Yardi is an added advantage.
