Our client:

• A technology-driven (online-offline) F&B chain business with operations in China. In view of their expansion on their regional HQ in Singapore, they are sourcing for HR Manager as one of the pioneer team members managing the full spectrum of HR functions in Singapore and SEA.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee full spectrum of HR functions to support and facilitate the operations and development of business in Singapore and SEA

• Spearhead, review and monitor all policies, processes, systems and other initiatives

• Putting in place forward-looking strategies and plans to enable the company to attract, motivate and retain talents

• Responsible for full employee lifecycle (e.g. recruitment, interview, selection, on-boarding, training, etc.)

• Advising Management and teams on all compensation, rewards, performance management as well as benefits and wellness related issues / queries.

• Promote Company branding and support management team to drive business strategies and objectives

• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements in each country

• Any ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned

Required:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources/Business or equivalent

• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, preferably with regional exposure and set-up HR policies from scratch

• Experience in F&B chain/Ecommerce space would have an added advantage

• Experience in setting up HR functions from scratch would possess an added advantage

• Strong sense of responsibility with excellent planning, organizational and problem solving skills; Possess positive attitude towards work

• Excellent interpersonal skills, high cooperative and willing to meet people from all levels

• Hands-on with an entrepreneurship mindset
