Main Responsibilities:
Manage the Compensation & Benefits policies and processes;
Ensure smooth implementation and execution of the annual calendar of executive compensation programmes, annual cycle of performance management, remuneration review, benchmarking exercises and compensation and benefits solutions;
Champion and subject matter focal point of Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits processes;
Determine competitive wages to create or modify the compensation packages;
Analyze data to establish the best pay and benefits for the company;
Design and review compensation packages of employees and bonus programs
Required:
Degree in Human Resource or equivalent field with minimum 7 years’ experience in compensation & benefits, preferably with regional exposure.
Experienced in managing large headcounts.
Highly numeric, analytical mind with superb attention to detail.
Strong presentation, excellent communication skills and writing skills.
Good team player attitude and able to adapt in a fast pace environment.
