A world-renowned manufacturer of telecommunications equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for human resource management of all overseas companies.
Responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies and systems of overseas companies.
Responsible for formulating HR annual plans of overseas subsidiaries, organizing and scheduling resources, and achievement of the plans.
Provide management advice and support to the company’s decision-making level and be responsible for improving the efficiency of the company’s overall management.
Establish the compensation and benefits strategy to continuously encourage performance and achievement of company goals.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in human resources, management and other related disciplines are preferred.
At least 12 years of experience in full spectrum of human resources management.
Candidates with regional working experience possess a strong advantage.
Familiar with relevant systems, laws, regulations and policies.
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Can travel extensively internationally.
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
