• A world-renowned manufacturer of telecommunications equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for human resource management of all overseas companies.

• Responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies and systems of overseas companies.

• Responsible for formulating HR annual plans of overseas subsidiaries, organizing and scheduling resources, and achievement of the plans.

• Provide management advice and support to the company’s decision-making level and be responsible for improving the efficiency of the company’s overall management.

• Establish the compensation and benefits strategy to continuously encourage performance and achievement of company goals.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in human resources, management and other related disciplines are preferred.

• At least 12 years of experience in full spectrum of human resources management.

• Candidates with regional working experience possess a strong advantage.

• Familiar with relevant systems, laws, regulations and policies.

• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

• Can travel extensively internationally.

• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
