Job Description:
Assist in reviewing tenancy mix and formulating strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the retail mall
Working closely with various stakeholders for the improvement of tenants’ performance as well as tenancy and leasing operations
Study, review and recommend policies and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the mall.
Build and deliver quality pitches to potential tenants, upper management and other counterparts.
Assist on the budget and business plan align with business objectives.
Securing new tenants for retail mall
Generate new leasing leads and negotiate qualified deals from inception to final execution.
Negotiating leases renewals, finalizing lease agreements and other lease documentations.
To keep abreast of leasing trends in the industry
What you need to know/ have:
A Bachelor Degree with 5 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years of leadership experience in retail leasing.
Familiarity with real estate market, especially retail sector.
Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Hands-on, creative and resourceful.
