• A world-renowned manufacturer of telecommunications equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Engage with business leaders to understand the business growth plans, pain points and challenges, develop the appropriate HR strategy and plan to support the business needs.

• Leads the HR team in providing the full spectrum of efficient and effective HR services to the business, including but not limited to HR planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning & development, succession planning and performance management

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree, major in human resource management or business management.

• More than 10 years of human resources management experience, with 3 years in leadership positions.

• Candidates with prior experience in entertainment apps industries will have a strong advantage.

• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
