Main Responsibilities:
Engage with business leaders to understand the business growth plans, pain points and challenges, develop the appropriate HR strategy and plan to support the business needs.
Leads the HR team in providing the full spectrum of efficient and effective HR services to the business, including but not limited to HR planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning & development, succession planning and performance management
Required:
Bachelor’s degree, major in human resource management or business management.
More than 10 years of human resources management experience, with 3 years in leadership positions.
Candidates with prior experience in entertainment apps industries will have a strong advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
