Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions with main focus on expatriate management; including but not limited to Recruitment, Onboarding preparation, New staff orientation, Compensation & Benefits administration and payroll processing;
Process work pass application, renewal and cancellation matters;
Develop and implement HR strategies and work plans;
Formulate and review Human Resource policies and practices;
Facilitate the Annual Performance Management Exercise;
Manage Compensation & Benefits framework and polices;
Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment and training;
Required:
Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of experience in full spectrum of HR functions, preferably with property management background
Good understanding of the local labour laws and regulations
Able to work in fast pace and dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
