Summary:

• A start-up company in the Beauty & Personal Care Industry.

Main Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the MD, oversee the general accounting, financial reporting and Human Resource operations of the Group

• Managing; setup and implement internal control procedures for the Finance and HR Department.

• Responsible for the payroll and leave management.

• Other ad hoc work related to financial and administration (ie, evaluation of vendors/ continuous assessment, approved vendors list / forms and data base etc.)

• Accounts Receivables (Monthly outward billings to clients). To ensure that sales/ revenue invoices are accurately prepared. Collections of receivables. To ensure that collections are made, matching with cash flow projections.

• Accounts Payables. Checking/Verification of Payments and Purchase Order. Effectively manage payments to optimize fund resources

• Organize Budgets / Forecast exercise.  Track performance against approved Budget/ forecast; Cost control.

Required:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent level

• 5 years of relevant work experience in a fast pace industry

• Good external liaison ability with various parties

• Well versed in the Singapore Tax and Accounting Regulations

• Able to make financial and other ad hoc decisions pertaining to day to day tasks or policies and procedures

• Able to establish HR policies and manage HR operations

• Good communication and writing skills

• Meticulous, business acumen and positive attitude
